Question 1

Do you really answer the phone at 2am?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Calls go to a real person, not a message bank, every hour of every day. If a technician is mid-job when you ring, you will still get a straight answer on how soon someone can be with you.

Question 2

How quickly can someone reach me?

Accepted Answer

It depends on where you are and what is already booked, but we give you a realistic ETA on the call rather than a hopeful guess. Inner-suburb jobs are usually the quickest; outer-fringe callouts take a little longer.

Question 3

What does a job cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is quoted free before work begins, because a jammed sliding door and a snapped deadbolt are very different pieces of work. Once you accept the quote, the figure does not move unless you ask us to do something extra.

Question 4

Will you damage my door or lock getting in?

Accepted Answer

Non-destructive entry is always the first approach. Some high-security or heavily damaged hardware leaves no alternative to drilling, and if that is the case we explain it and quote the replacement before touching anything.

Question 5

Can you help if I am locked out of my car?

Accepted Answer

Yes — car lockouts sit alongside home and business lockouts. Let us know the make, model and year when you call so the technician arrives with the right gear.

Question 6

Do you work with landlords and businesses?

Accepted Answer

Regularly. End-of-lease rekeys, master-key systems, shopfront hardware and after-hours commercial callouts are all standard work for our team.

Question 7

How do I prove the property is mine?

Accepted Answer

We ask for photo ID matching the address, or a lease, rates notice or similar document. For safes we ask for proof of ownership. It protects you as much as it protects us.

Question 8

What payment methods do you take?

Accepted Answer

Card and bank transfer on completion. You will always see the agreed amount before you pay, and you get an itemised invoice by email.
